WAIT, you're right, I didn't hit Space after clicking Confess.  I just assumed the dialogue would move along by itself.  My mistake!

After the update, it might just be me, but the game seems to freeze sometimes when I click the Confess button?  I'm not too sure if it's just me though.

Oooooh, I like that the enemy bullets glow too

I'm not a rhythm game guy, but I very much enjoyed this game.  I kinda wished the mochi directions were flipped on the arrow keys, so that red was -> and blue was <-, but I eventually got use to it.  Other than that, I enjoyed the art, the sprites, the music, and the general gameplay concept.  I kind of skimmed through the story though tbh

I like survival type games, so this was up my alley.  I like the background art and the piano music was really nice, though I don't know if it's the best fit for this genre.  I think a few more little sound effects could've gone a long way (ex. grazing, bomb).  At first it felt slow, but in hindsight I think the difficulty curve makes sense.  Overall, it was pretty fun

I'm glad you enjoyed the video!  I think of myself as more of an action game guy who sucks at puzzles, so this one took me by surprise by how much I wanted to full-clear it.  Thanks for making the game

I liked the game overall.  I think because it took me awhile to figure out, I got weirdly invested and was quite happy when I finally figured out the puzzle, and spent the time to get both endings.  I like the facial expressions for Alice.  I didn't mind the difficulty of figuring it out too much since it's a short game

Felt good to play, and the art is really attractive.  I liked the small touches, like SDM being blurry in the distance.  The difficulty and length felt appropriate to me.  I'm still a bigger Mokou X Kaguya fan tho

The art direction is definitely my favorite part about this game.  It stands out in a very good way, not just compared to the competition, but just in general.  The game controls very well, I didn't feel like I was fighting it at all.  I wish it were a bit longer, but that's probably just a testament to the enjoyment I was having.  It wasn't particularly hard, but it didn't feel like it had to be.

Hard as nails, and really satisfying when you beat a level.  The jump button working continuously if you hold it down kinda threw me off at first until I got use to just tapping it once.   I didn't get to the end sadly, since I suck at these games ^^;

Not having played actual Celeste, I thought the game was a lot of fun.  For some reason, I really sucked at dash jumping, but other than that I really enjoyed trying to solve the platforming puzzles and getting the timing down on the shooting.  I think it would've been nice if there was a sound effect each time you successfully shot the boss though.  Overall, really fun experience.

Love how smooth the animation is, as well as trying to figure out how to do each attack stage. Fun and fast-paced is my jam. Also, thank you for the gamepad support ;_; https://youtu.be/0shCdgVCIls

Pretty fun game.  The puzzles felt pretty intuitive, and I didn't feel annoyingly stuck at any time.  There were some spelling errors, but I consider that a trivial complaint.  Reimu is a cute cat.

Very Enduro-eqse, which is a huge plus for me.  A pure reflex, face-paced game.  I played it a bit more sometime after recording this, and my current high score is 156.  Top that g a m e r s.

I thought the game was a lot of fun. I really liked the sprite work, the music, and the responsive gameplay. The x's coming out of the spike trap was a nice touch. I didn't read the instructions ahead of time, so there were a few things I was confused by, like how revival worked. One criticism I had was that I felt that the broken up dialogue was a bit weird, and I would sometimes lose track of what was last said. https://youtu.be/GXdNA4Q5p9c

A short but surprisingly fun little game.  I rarely get the chance to run into text-based adventure games (for obvious reasons) and I think they're pretty cool, so this was a nice surprise to run into when I was looking for Touhou games online.

Here's a full play (25 min) I recorded of the game:
